I have been working for months (years?) now to open my own studio in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I am excited to tell you all that the pieces are finally falling into place! Preparing Yourself for Class

  • Room heated to 78-85 degrees. This warms the muscles to help you stretch.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early
  • Bring a mat
  • Bring a towel - you will sweat!
  • Come on an empty stomach
  • No perfumes, colognes or scented lotion
  • Hydrate sufficiently before and after class
  • Place cell phones & pagers on vibrate or off
  • Remember there is no competition - where you are is where you are supposed to be

Class Description

All classes teach a form of Power Vinyasa Yoga, which is a flowing sequence of yoga postures linked together by breath. Our classes will help you build grace, poise, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. Power Yoga is appropriate for most fitness levels and is fun! We offer modifications for each pose so that you can adjust for your level of flexibility and fitness. There is never competition in class. Each student is encouraged to work at his or her own level.

Private Lessons

Getting to work privately with a teacher is often the best way to begin learning Power Yoga. It can help the beginner learn specific poses and proper alignment. Private lessons, or “privates” as we call them, can also help to safely take the more seasoned practitioner into advanced poses. Yoga privates are excellent for students who want to learn special poses to help heal injuries.

Privates can be taught at a studio, in your home or office. To schedule a private lesson call 817.897.6239 or email us at info@yogastylefitness.com. Please let us know about your prior Yoga experience, what you would like to accomplish through Yoga, and any past or present injuries and illnesses.

Private Rates

60 minute session, pricing determined as follows: $100 base price for 1st individual, $20 fee for each additional student.
